Series of Poems #4

The egg remains safe.
Many creatures here will strafe.
This shore is unsafe.

Bert, BIJUUP, beep, the laser hit
Bizup zup zup, the snake's tail is lit
Bert vroom to take egg
Bert hear viking say HUH?! then beg
Bert's brain think, heeroop, me must also knock him out
Klip, klip went Bert's fists into his snout
BONK! fell the viking on the ground
Bert in a zip take the egg and run from the battleground

Sssss is Satan asleep?
Sizzling sounds seethe into my ear sockets
Half unconscious Satan screams SSSSAAAA!
It feels as if I have been hit by rockets!
This siren sound I now see
My body is burning slowly
Slither I must into the sea
Before too many burns besiege my body

Oo! Me booty hurts more than an old coot's.
Who be this fool whom that egg he pursuits?
HE has to be afoot since his smell is still aloof.
Rude be this fellow who doesn't even give a hoot.
Real men alert their foe before they hit their enemy with a boot.
It seemed harder than anyone's foot.
Maybe his foot had and iron caput.
After all, it felt like a head protruding out of his foot.

Slash and crash, my palms make the earth shake and quake.
I sniff out a damaged snake whose tail bakes.
Darned snake, who took the egg encased by gel?
Was it a robot, quickly, respond, yell!
Forget you, I can still trace the egg's smell.

What secrets
Lie in
This

Egg
Newly
Arisen here
